An hour of dances that are meditational, soothing, and speak to who we are and to the world around us. A variety of music and themes that include celebrations of the seasons and other rites of passage. Some dances come from the Findhorn Community where Sacred Circle Dance originated. All dances are taught first. Ideal for all levels of dance experience.
Please wear soft soled shoes, or socks that are slip proof. Or, dance barefoot.

Class description: Learn how dance can be a shared group activity that fosters good feelings and inclusiveness. No partners or prior dance experience required. The music is from around the world. A variety of dance steps are taught. The dances have different themes and are oftentimes celebratory. Feel good through movement, music and dance! Please wear comfortable shoes.
